What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Some are needed to make the site work. Others help us understand visits or show you relevant ads, and we only use those if you say yes.
When you first visit, we ask what you’re happy with. Reject is as easy as accept, and nothing optional runs until you choose.
Essential: always on
These keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. They don’t track you.
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
trova-consent | Remembers your cookie choices, so we don’t ask every time. Stored in your browser. | Until you clear it or change your choice |
trovaOffersOff, trovaAskHiSeen | Remember that you closed the Ask Trova offer bubble or its “Hi” message, so they don’t keep popping up. Stored in your browser’s session storage. Your chat messages aren’t saved. | Until you close the tab |
trovaChatId | A random ID for your Ask Trova chat, so your conversation keeps going as you move between pages. Stored in your browser’s session storage and cleared when you close the tab. It doesn’t identify you. | Until you close the tab |
| Cal.com | The booking calendar on our Book page is provided by Cal.com and may set its own cookies to make booking work. See Cal.com’s privacy policy. | Set by Cal.com |
Analytics: only if you say yes
